Delivery
We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Delivery cost and timeframe depend on the delivery address and order weight and will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. Products are delivered in appropriate packaging, adhering to food product standards.Returns and Complaints
Due to the nature of food products, returns are possible only in cases of:
Damage during delivery
Delivery of the wrong product
The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt and report any irregularities within 24 hours by email to info@anser.hr with attached photos.
Withdrawal from Purchase
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the right to unilateral contract cancellation does not apply to perishable food products that spoil quickly or have a short expiry date.Data Protection
All personal data entered by the buyer during the order are used exclusively for the purpose of purchase and delivery and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
